Eco-systemic collaboration.

We have been collaborating with those that want to stand for a change in the world and created The Ecosystem Incubator to start co-creating.

As the 'Ecosystem Architect' I have overseen the first co-creations myself to really showcase what is possible and to sculpt the new systems and finance models personally. This means we now have blue prints and examples of co-creations both at the brand level, the short term marketing level as well as co-creating business development win wins..

We have co-created Sanja Stories a collaborative co-created brand showcasing regenerative and circular product as well as unique business model - you are welcome to come and join the intro to this on Sept 18th

This brings together members Khadi London, Where does it come from , Claudia's Sample studio, Mishka Craft , marketing with Safiya Allaf and my unique skill set.. As well as this we have created a collaboration with Vestis labs to showcase DPP and 3D design.

Through the years we have created win wins with marketing on Sustainable Fashion Week collabs for brands, Pure London trade show Booths and collectively marketed when we can find win wins in our own events. Bringing together members who want to showcase with me at speaking events as I continue my own positioning into B2B trade shows and beyond.

We also Create links to networks in fibers and innovation and intros as you go along - as well as working on trying to apply ecosystemic buying for those fiber producers that need larger MOQ. I was only discussing a new collaboration today in plant based leather and starting to link people to create and co-create.

We also co-created our Real Circularity work and win win education, speaking and systems agency with Ken Alston - showing that when great minds come together you can do brilliant things.. The Incubator projects and businesses are our showcase pieces for the collaborations and brands that are present with us and we further market them via these growing networks.

We helped to brith the Harvest Retreat as a revenue stream for Contemporary Hempery - and that event still continues on this year.

We have hosted the first 'Collective intelligence research' with the Natural Dyes deep dive - really working on the nuances of this new/old area.. We will be publishing this as a collaborative space to really acknowledge those who have been a part of it .. watch this space for this.

Creating Collaboration very much takes something, yet as we have proven in Sanja & Real Circularity in particular that it can become a showcase for your own autonomous work at the same time.

The Incubator is growing - and looking to complete its founding members circle by January 2025 those who are with us at this time will remain on the legacy cost of £10 a month .. from there we are looking to co-create with developers the next agile tech work to grow it into the next space - with more automation and options than the white label product can create for us.

So take a look now and link up to the work - I very much want to keep the price but I do not know where then next tech iteration will take me/us - I do know that Collaboration needs this tech as otherwise it is a lot of manual work and nudging .. We want to make Collaboration Easy, accessible & applicable to your/our work.

Collaboration is a slow process sometimes as you must be trusting of the people - linking with like minded peers who have the same values, goals and want to make this work a REALITY for their world.

In the Incubator - we Incubate collaboratives , win win wins and collective intelligence in a unique new living systems way - that grows over time.
